These terms cover your use of hellohousekey.com, run by A.N. House Key LLC (“House Key,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

This site is information, not advice

Everything here is general information about House Key and how we work. It isn’t marketing, legal, medical, or any other professional advice for your situation, and results described on this site aren’t a promise of results for you.

Contacting us doesn’t make you a client

Using this site, filling in the contact form, or emailing us doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We only take on work under a signed written agreement. If you become a client, that agreement governs our work together, and it wins if it ever conflicts with these terms.

Please don’t send confidential or health information

Until we’ve signed an agreement, please don’t send us anything confidential, proprietary, or containing patient or personal health information. We treat inquiries with care, but sending something through the site doesn’t create a duty of confidentiality. If health information reaches us anyway, we will delete it.

Our content

The House Key name, wordmark, site design, text, graphics, and other content on this site belong to House Key or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages from the site for your own non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, change, or republish our content without written permission.

Other companies’ names and logos

Brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. They show companies our founders have worked with, including in roles before House Key. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse House Key, sponsor this site, or are current House Key clients.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• break the law or anyone’s rights through the site
• try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren’t meant to reach, or disrupt how the site works
• send spam or malicious code through the contact form
• scrape or bulk-copy the site, including to train AI models, without our written permission

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be error-free or always available.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, House Key isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. These limits don’t apply to services we provide under a signed agreement, which that agreement covers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new effective date.
